Regular - 87 Octane

The standard delivery fee includes setup of your buffet station with hot, ready-to-serve food by our driver. Chafing racks not provided, but are available and recommended if you are serving longer than one hour.

Super

Our server(s) set up your buffet in wire chafing racks, replenish hot food as needed & clean it up! Rates are $40 per hour per server (minimum 3 hours). If you desire service, we recommend 1 server for every 60 guests.

Premium

Blue Ribbon will finish pit-smoked meats to perfection at your site. Rates start at $345, which includes grill, grill cook and one server for three hours. Additional charges may apply for larger events.

Diesel

Diesel - Ultra-Low Sulfur On-site pig roasting by one of our professional pit masters is available.

Tables, chairs and tents are not available. Please provide ample space for buffet setup. Paper goods are available at a cost of 50¢ per person. Serving utensils are provided with paper goods or available separately at a cost of $1 each. Please keep in mind that unlike our competitors, gratuity is not automatically applied to your order. We prefer to allow you to make that decision yourself upon a job well done.
